Refund policy

For Online and FB Live orders:

It is our commitment at Sparkling Trendz to ensure the quality and design of our products. However, we also understand that sometimes the item doesn’t work out as you desired. Therefore, we offer store credit for items that you are not satisfied with. However, restocking fees will apply to each returned item.

  • Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept used or worn items.
  • In order to return an item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item (during the delivery date) and send it back to us within 2 days of receiving it.
  • The client must pay for the return shipping. When the item is shipped out, the tracking number needs to be emailed to info@sparklingtrendz.com.
  • Restocking fees are based on the amount of the order:
  • There is a restocking fee of $12 applied to each item being returned if it is between $0-$99.
  • Restocking fees of 20% over $100. 
  • Bangles and kadas cannot be returned or exchanged

How should the items be packed and returned?

  • Each item should be packed as it was received.
  • Add the white cushions around the item/items and pack it securely in a bubble mailer. Use the gift box you received for the item/items. 
  • The item cannot be refunded if it is not packed (as guided above) or broken during the transit. Therefore, please pack the jewelry as guided above. 

Once our team has inspected the item/items, return/refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item/items.

What should you do if items are damaged in transit?

We are committed to our packaging and spend a lot of time in making sure each piece is inspected carefully and then packed with love and care.  But, sometimes due to the poor handling by courier companies, items can be damaged during transit.

In that case, we offer to replace, fix any damaged item or give you credit for your next purchase.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product (Date of the item when it is delivered to you). Please send us the opening video and the picture of the defected item at info@sparklingtrendz.com

  • Any reports after this timeframe will not be considered.
  • Once we receive your email, we will let you know how to mail us the damaged product.
  • Damaged items must be shipped back within 2 days of receiving the email from us. 
  • We will send the replacement back within 5 days of receiving the damaged piece back.

We are not responsible if order is lost or stolen during the transit. 

  • Once the item is shipped out, the tracking number is shared with you via email provided. It will give you live destination tracking. If on tracking number/link, the order is shown delivered on the address and you didn't receive it, please contact USPS immediately.

We are not responsible for the packages that are returned to us due to any of the following reasons. Once the item is received by us, we will notify you. 

  • If your mailbox is full
  • If you have mentioned the address wrong
  • If due to any reason USPS have returned the shipment back 
  • If you have moved to a new location and didn't share the updated address with us.

*If the returned package is lost during the transit, we are not responsible for it. It's the clients responsibility to contact the USPS and follow up with them.
