Thank you for shopping at www.sparklingtrendz.com. Every order ships from our studio in Lindenhurst, New York.

Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us; tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

During large sales and festive promotions, processing can take up to 3–5 business days. Need it urgently? Email sales@sparklingtrendz.com with your order number and we will do our best to expedite it.

US shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more.
  • Orders under $35: flat $5.99 economy shipping.
  • Faster USPS options (such as Priority Mail) are shown at checkout with live rates.

Delivery time after shipping depends on the service you choose; USPS standard services typically deliver in 2–5 business days.

International shipping

We ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the UAE, India and many other countries. Every international order is sent with tracking from New York.

  • Rates (flat, per order): Canada from $19.99 (economy) or $34.99 (faster); all other countries from $26.99 (economy) or $54.99 (express). International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery estimates: economy 6–21 business days and express 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs checks and local carriers can add delays outside our control.
  • Prices and currency: prices are shown in your local currency where available. Your bank may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees.
  • Duties and taxes: prices and shipping do not include import duties, VAT/GST or brokerage fees. These are set by your country, collected by the carrier or customs, and are the customer's responsibility.
  • Address: please double-check your address and phone number. Parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items typically arrive in our studio within 4–5 weeks, followed by up to 5 days for quality checks and processing. We will email you when your pre-order is ready to ship. Free shipping applies when the order total is $35 or more; otherwise the $5.99 flat rate applies.
